  • It’s super easy ! You can order a wider range of our cool products trough our website or download our free app from iTunes or Google Play, upload your favorite photos from your gallery, Facebook, Instagram or Dropbox and wait for your free worldwide delivery!.

  • What about the quality of your pictures?  

  • SnapBook offers highest quality prints thanks to our newest technology. Our team makes sure to use best materials and provide our valued customers with best products to guarantee their satisfaction :)

  • OMG! The Valentines Day is about to come and I don’t have any gift for my girlfriend! Are there any special offers at SnapBook? 

  • We offer numerous promotions throughout the year! You can find out about our current offers by following us on Instagram or Facebook. Make sure you don’t miss anything! But wait, there is more! Most of our products have a special gift option. You can write a personalized note to your girlfriend and we will wrap her album as a present :)

  • What about the payment? Is it secured?

  • There are many different methods of payment: Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Paypal. SnapBook works with an external and secured payment platform called Braintree by PayPal.

  • Do I need to create an account to make an order?

  • No! You can check out without creating an account, but you will be given an opportunity to create one if you like. This will make your future orders easier by saving your payment and shipping information.

  • What about delivery? When will I receive my order?

  • We are printing and sending our products as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time depends on the local postal services in the destination country. We offer a free worldwide shipping, sure, it might take a little longer, but it’s FREE! If you are in a hurry, you can use special delivery methods for an additional fee. You will receive a tracking number to be able to follow your package :)

  • And what if I make a mistake in my order (address)? Is it possible to change it?

  • It is very important to check that your address is correct before finalizing your order. If you made a mistake and your confirmation mail has a wrong address, please e-mail us at: support@snapbookapp.com
